数控(kong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心是当(dang)前(qian)机械加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)领域(yu)中(zhong)应(ying)用(yong)最为广泛(fan)的加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)机床(chuang)类(lei)机械,在将(jiang)时间(jian)推移(yi)到(dao)上(shang)(shang)世纪初,当(dang)时虽然也有(you)类(lei)似加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心类(lei)的机床(chuang)产(chan)品,但都(dou)相(xiang)当(dang)的原始,更谈(tan)不上(shang)(shang)采用(yong)当(dang)今数控(kong)形式的加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心来进行(xing)运作了,回(hui)顾百(bai)年我(wo)们不难发现(xian),如(ru)今的加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心产(chan)品,其实在很多的原理和加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)艺方面还是和加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心的原始加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)艺有(you)着异曲同工(gong)(gong)(gong)之(zhi)妙,如(ru)今更多的加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)业行(xing)业专(zhuan)家更多的会将(jiang)数控(kong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心专(zhuan)业的称为CNC加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心。

 

回顾历史(shi)我(wo)们可以知道(dao),世(shi)界上第一(yi)台(tai)正(zheng)(zheng)式(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)车床(chuang)诞生于上世(shi)纪(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)50年(nian)(nian)代(dai)左右(you),当(dang)时(shi)美(mei)国(guo)帕森斯公司接受美(mei)国(guo)空军(jun)委托制造飞(fei)机(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)螺旋桨加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)设备(bei),因为精度(du)要求较高,必(bi)须有计(ji)算机(ji)来进行数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)这(zhei)时(shi)候该公司在(zai)美(mei)国(guo)麻(ma)省理工(gong)(gong)学院(MIT)伺服(fu)机(ji)构研究室的(de)(de)(de)(de)协(xie)助下才开始(shi)了(le)(le)数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)应用(yong),在(zai)1952年(nian)(nian)试制成功的(de)(de)(de)(de)数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)机(ji)械发(fa)明了(le)(le),在(zai)过了(le)(le)5年(nian)(nian)左右(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)完善1957年(nian)(nian)这(zhei)种(zhong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)设备(bei)被正(zheng)(zheng)式(shi)投入使(shi)用(yong),这(zhei)也是(shi)(shi)现代(dai)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)本雏形,当(dang)时(shi)我(wo)国(guo)国(guo)内也是(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)业发(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)兴起时(shi)代(dai)在(zai)1958年(nian)(nian)左右(you)我(wo)国(guo)也对数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)机(ji)床(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)设备(bei)进行研制开发(fa),此(ci)后在(zai)随着20世(shi)纪(ji)中(zhong)后期(qi)电子技术的(de)(de)(de)(de)高速(su)发(fa)展(zhan)数(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)化信号控(kong)(kong)制机(ji)床(chuang)运动的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)控(kong)(kong)制方(fang)式(shi)变(bian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)越(yue)来越(yue)成熟,在(zai)此(ci)以后,从1960年(nian)(nian)开始(shi),其他一(yi)些工(gong)(gong)业国(guo)家(jia),如德国(guo)、日本都陆续开发(fa)、生产及使(shi)用(yong)了(le)(le)数(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)机(ji)床(chuang)。

 

在时(shi)间到了(le)1960年(nian)左(zuo)右(you)很多(duo)机(ji)(ji)(ji)械工(gong)(gong)(gong)业生(sheng)产大国开(kai)(kai)始(shi)批量的(de)(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)产配有晶(jing)体管数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)系(xi)统的(de)(de)(de)(de)三坐标(biao)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)铣(xian)床,到了(le)1965年(nian)以后(hou),点位控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)设备得到了(le)迅(xun)速发展,同时(shi)也迅(xun)速的(de)(de)(de)(de)推动(dong)了(le)坐标(biao)镗床、数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)铣(xian)床、冲床的(de)(de)(de)(de)大量发展,随着数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)机(ji)(ji)(ji)床的(de)(de)(de)(de)发展不断深入数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心也开(kai)(kai)始(shi)逐(zhu)渐开(kai)(kai)始(shi)成熟,在后(hou)来一(yi)(yi)种具(ju)有自(zi)动(dong)换(huan)刀装(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)机(ji)(ji)(ji)床,它能实现工(gong)(gong)(gong)件一(yi)(yi)次装(zhuang)卡而(er)进行多(duo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)并且(qie)可以缩短(duan)机(ji)(ji)(ji)床上(shang)零件的(de)(de)(de)(de)装(zhuang)卸时(shi)间和(he)更换(huan)刀具(ju)的(de)(de)(de)(de)时(shi)间,这就是(shi)现在数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)(de)基本形状,在到了(le)上(shang)世纪60年(nian)代的(de)(de)(de)(de)后(hou)期英国的(de)(de)(de)(de)机(ji)(ji)(ji)床制(zhi)造业界把几台数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)机(ji)(ji)(ji)床连接成具(ju)有柔(rou)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)系(xi)统,而(er)微处理器(qi)直接用于(yu)数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)机(ji)(ji)(ji)床,使数(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)控(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)软件功能加(jia)(jia)强。

 

在到了(le)80年代左(zuo)右,西方加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)业机(ji)械较为(wei)发(fa)达的(de)(de)国家开始(shi)出现了(le)1~4台(tai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)或车削中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)为(wei)主体(ti)的(de)(de)机(ji)床加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),从(cong)(cong)(cong)此数控(kong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)慢(man)(man)慢(man)(man)的(de)(de)开始(shi)从(cong)(cong)(cong)中(zhong)小批(pi)量加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)向大批(pi)量加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)发(fa)展(zhan),到了(le)目前(qian)为(wei)止数控(kong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)已经成(cheng)为(wei)数控(kong)机(ji)床中(zhong)一种非(fei)常重要(yao)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)机(ji)种。纵观未来,随着电子(zi)计算机(ji)的(de)(de)发(fa)展(zhan)以(yi)(yi)及微电子(zi)技(ji)术(shu)在工(gong)(gong)业中(zhong)的(de)(de)应用成(cheng)熟(shu)度,数控(kong)机(ji)床的(de)(de)自动化(hua)程度也更为(wei)提高,一些(xie)新兴(xing)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)方式例如多(duo)工(gong)(gong)序集(ji)中(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)以(yi)(yi)及激光加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)等(deng)都开始(shi)融入了(le)数控(kong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)机(ji)械加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)领域(yu),从(cong)(cong)(cong)而形成(cheng)了(le)更为(wei)综合(he)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)单(dan)元体(ti),加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)序更为(wei)可靠更有效(xiao)率(lv),稳定性(xing)则变(bian)的(de)(de)更强。
